Wendy Walker is an Event Specialist based out of Orange County, California, specializing as a DJ, Emcee, and Vocalist. An exciting background in theatre gives Wendy an edge that few regular club DJs have. As a DJ, an extensive knowledge in music allows her to spin everything from 1920's Jazz to the latest club remixes. A true passion for music, along with helpful friends in radio and the mobile DJ circuit, led Wendy to an early career behind the turntables. An opportunity in theatre proved to be a brief departure, yet crucial stepping stone to becoming the DJ she is today. Starting in musical theatre, Wendy worked her way to performing in national touring companies, directing Children's Theatre, and eventually writing, choreographing and directing an original musical. All this taught her the business side, as well as the creative and performance side of events. Working onstage as a performer and behind the scenes as a director, Wendy became well-rounded in the world of entertainment. Wendy's love of music and ability to read a crowd and get them on the dance floor never left her. She decided to combine her talents and is now one of the most sought after DJs in Southern California. Clients include Disneyland Entertainment, Surf & Sand Resort, Citizen's Bank Arena, Dove Canyon Resort, and The Pacific Club, just to name a few. This summer, Wendy can be seen as your White Rabbit DJ at the "Mad T Party" happening in Disney California Adventure Park! |
